We are a small business that uses an on-demand fulfilment method. This means we do not hold any inventory, and items are produced when you order them. 

We do this to keep our costs low, and quality high. This allows us to offer you amazing items at the lowest price possible. 

Because of this- we offer a 100% guarantee your item will arrive in perfect condition. If it does not, we will work with the POD provider to replace or refund your item. 

Because we are a made to order business returns and refunds are only accepted for the below situations. 

  • Damaged or Lost products 
  • Incorrect item, Incorrect clothing size, color or design

Simply send photos of your damaged or incorrect item, along with your order number, name and address to https://account.roaddoglifellc.com. This is to ensure we provide the POD provider all of the correct and necessary information needed to send you your replacement. When requesting a refund, we will work with the POD provider to issue a full refund. Please be advised, in some cases, you will be required to return the product (at your expense) to the address provided to you. 

Please note that refunds will NOT be granted for on sale items.
