This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased from ROAD DOG LIFE LLC through our Shopify store.

1. Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping:
  - Estimated delivery time: 1-2 weeks or 7-14 business days.
  - Cost: All shipping fees and taxes are set by our POD partner

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Print-on-Demand Specifics:

As a print-on-demand store, our products are created specifically for you after you place an order. This means that:
- Production time is included in the "Order Processing Time" mentioned above.
- Returns and exchanges are handled differently than for pre-made items. Please refer to our Terms and Policies (this can be found at the bottom of the home page of our website) for more details.

6. Shipping Address Changes:

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address once the order has entered the production or shipping phase.

7. Lost Packages:

If you haven't received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at https://account.roaddoglifellc.com, with your order number. We will investigate its status with the shipping carrier.
